We're students, so replies come in evenings and weekends — but they do come. If it's been a week, chase us; we'd rather be nudged than missed.

For hospital staff

If you're a child-life specialist or manage donations.

You almost certainly receive more donation offers than you can process, most of them unusable. So here is everything relevant up front, to save you a call.

What we'd like from you: whether your unit can receive kits at all, which ages, which items are permitted, and how donations must be packaged and delivered. A one-line "no" is a genuinely useful answer and we won't follow up if you send one.

Kits are handed to staff at whatever drop-off point you specify. We don't enter patient areas, choose recipients, or learn who received a kit — and we'll adjust contents to whatever your policy requires, including dropping items entirely.

Sponsorship, volunteering, a question about the kits, or something we haven't thought of.

Other routes

We can't give medical advice. If you're asking about a specific child's care, symptoms or treatment, please speak to their care team. We're a student volunteer group, not clinicians, and we won't answer those questions even generally.
